To support these experienced and enthusiastic key personnel Robert has assembled a team of Estimators, Supervisors and Site Foremen with a unique blend of tertiary qualifications and on-site experience to give our Clients an assurance that their projects will be quality jobs completed on time and on budget.
Under the control of Operations Manager Greg Tonner we maintain a workforce of directly employed tradesmen and apprentices to give a consistent quality job.
The Company has always maintained a commitment to training apprentices, and encouraging tradesmen to obtain advanced qualifications. This has resulted in a number of previous apprentices remaining with the Company and advancing to management positions, resulting in the retention of skills and experience acquired over the years.
Sub Contractors who work on our sites are carefully selected for their ability to comply with our standards of quality and value for money.
